  • Starting small is always fine. First that one problem, then we'll see.

Do I have to throw away my current systems?

No. Nine times out of ten we take what is already there: your bookkeeping, your webshop, your inventory tool, your planning. And we make them talk to each other. We only cut away what is genuinely in the way.

Will I end up depending on you?

No. What we build for you is yours. We write it down so another builder can pick it up too. We don't build cages.

And: we're happy to keep maintaining it, but only because you want us to, never because you have to.

How long does it take?

A single problem (like digital job sheets or a key plan): usually 2 to 6 weeks. A complete dashboard bringing several pieces together: 2 to 4 months. We are honest about what is feasible. Always.

Do I need to be technical to understand this?

No. We talk in plain language. If we explain something and you don't get it, we explain it again, because our explanation wasn't good enough. No jargon, no IT secret language.

So what does a single problem roughly cost?

A concrete problem (think digital job sheets, a key plan or automatic inspection reminders) starts from roughly a few thousand euros, one-off. No fixed price on the site, because no two businesses are the same. But: after the first chat you simply hear what it costs. No 30-page proposal.

I want to start small first. Is that okay?

We'd love that. Many clients start with the one piece they're stuck on right now. Does it work? Then we grow along, piece by piece, until your dashboard stands. No mandatory big leap up front.

Do you only work in the Netherlands?

Mostly. We like to come by in person for the first coffee. After that a lot can happen remotely, but for a good conversation a kitchen table is unbeatable.
